A Tradition of Recognizing Exceptional College Students

For more than 25 years, we have offered the GEICO Achievement Award Program. This long-standing tradition supports some of our country's most outstanding undergraduates by providing $2,500 awards and recognizing their dedication to academic success, leadership and service.

The call for applications is now closed. We apologize for the misprint in the latest GEICO Now magazine which stated that we are now accepting applications. Please check back later this year for your next opportunity to apply.

Program Overview

This annual program is open to college sophomores and juniors, in the U.S., who are majoring in business, computer science, mathematics and related fields...all of which are critical to the success of companies like GEICO.

How to Apply

In addition to an application, our selection committee also requires a resume, transcript, letter of recommendation and short essay. This information allows us to select recipients who truly exhibit the program's values.

Participating Schools

While we actively advertise on select campuses, students enrolled fulltime at any accredited four-year school (and meet all other requirements) are eligible to apply.

Award Recipients

Each year, U.S. students are recognized by GEICO for their hard work, leadership and dedication to their communities.

Achievement Awards not only financially benefit college students while they are in school, but they also encourage recipients to pursue GEICO employment opportunities! Several recipients first learned about GEICO through this program and began careers with us after graduation.
