As a Claims Representative, you will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of insurance claims and how to handle initial loss reports.
  • Start the claims process when customers call to report an incident.
  • Verify facts, determine policy coverage and review insurance contracts over the phone.
  • Help settle claims where there are no injuries and everyone agrees to the accident details.

As a Liability Claims Representative, you will:

  • Receive extensive training and learn how to handle loss reports.
  • Investigate more complex claims that involve liability disputes.
  • Verify accident facts and review supporting case files.
  • Interact with policyholders, claimants, medical insurers and body shops.
