The department I work for provides A-level service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to GEICO customers. We answer any questions our policyholders might have with regards to their policies. In addition, we assist our policyholders whenever they wish to make additions or modifications to their policies. Our goal is to keep our policyholders happy and satisfied with GEICO. Our department directly affects customer retention.
