The department I work for provides A-level service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to GEICO customers. We answer any questions our policyholders might have with regards to their policies.

The department I work for provides A-level service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to GEICO customers. We answer any questions our policyholders might have with regards to their policies. In addition, we assist our policyholders whenever they wish to make additions or modifications to their policies. Our goal is to keep our policyholders happy and satisfied with GEICO. Our department directly affects customer retention.

I like my job because I learn something new about the insurance industry each and every day. GEICO is a great company to work for. There are many opportunities to move up within the company, which is very important to me; and the benefits are outstanding!

We're the point of contact for our existing policyholders. We take care of all and any changes they need to make to their policies.

We're the point of contact for our existing policyholders. We take care of all and any changes they need to make to their policies...including adding/changing vehicles and drivers, modifying their coverages, and posting payments to their accounts. We're also available to answer any general questions a policyholder may have. We are the customer service department for GEICO.

For me, one of the best things about working at GEICO is that they allow me to work part time. That allows me to balance my family life and my career, and let's me be dedicated to both. The people at GEICO are great and I really enjoy my co-workers. But, most of all, I really enjoy helping people. So, for me, the customer service department is the right place to be!
