Associate Involvement
There are many ways to get to know your colleagues and be a part of the GEICO team, inside and outside of work. In each office, associates organize events and opportunities to get everyone involved.
- Our associates participate in company-sponsored athletics, such as co-ed volleyball, basketball, softball leagues and golf tournaments.
- There are opportunities to assist at marketing events, such as state and county fairs, automobile and airplane shows, music festivals and holiday parades.
- Throughout the year, we host many on-site activities including high school career days, health and wellness fairs, talent and variety shows, fitness classes and family day picnics. These are just a few of the ways employees can become involved.
- There are even opportunities for our associates to "be the Gecko" at some internal and external events!
