Aloha and welcome to GEICO's office in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. We're conveniently located between downtown Honolulu and Waikiki in the Pacific Park Plaza building. Here, we employ approximately 175 associates in sales, customer service and claims.
The Hawaii office is open Monday – Friday:
• We're open to walk-in customers from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Our service call center is open 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• The sales center is open 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Our claims center is open 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
