Located in the heart of central Georgia, Macon is our largest regional office employing 4,400 associates on a 107-acre corporate campus. Our claims, customer service and sales representatives assist customers located in the Midwestern and Southeastern United States, while our Centralized Service units assist those throughout the entire U.S., including Hawaii.
